Warranty Conditions

For the products manufactured by Dayasa GmbH a warranty of 24 months is granted. The warranty period begins with the invoice date. The territorial scope of the warranty protection is Europe-wide.

The warranty refers to the absence of defects in the purchased product, in particular to functionality and production defects. Should a defect occur during the warranty period, Dayasa will provide one of the following services of its choice within the scope of this warranty:

  • free repair of the goods or
  • exchange of the goods free of charge against an equivalent article

The amount of any compensation is limited to the purchase price of this product. Liability for incidental or consequential harm is excluded.

Warranty Claim

When making a claim under warranty, please send or bring the product together with the proof of purchase to the dealer where the product was purchased. Alternatively, please send the product directly to:

When sending directly to Dayasa, care must be taken to avoid damage to the product in transit. Pack the product carefully, preferably in the original carton. Include proof of purchase (invoice) and a detailed description of the defect.
The costs and the risk of transport for the outward and return shipment are to be carried by the buyer.

Warranty Cxclusions

From the manufacturer’s warranty are excluded:

  • Damage in transit, visible or invisible
  • Damage caused by improper handling or overuse. Non-observance of the operating and care instructions is considered as improper handling.
  • Wooden housing
  • Batteries
  • Singing bowl
  • Products whose serial number has been removed, made unrecognizable or altered.
  • Products whose housing has been opened, unless by an authorized dealer.
  • Products that are returned or sent in for repair without proof of purchase.

Statutory Warranty

This manufacturer’s warranty does not affect your statutory warranty rights according to §§ 437 ff. BGB from the sales contract concluded with the seller. The manufacturer’s warranty therefore does not infringe your legal rights, but rather extends your legal position.
If the purchased item is defective, you can in any case contact the seller within the framework of the statutory warranty, regardless of whether a warranty case exists or the warranty is claimed.
